BAD service Hussar Grill Grandwest, Cape Town

I do not even want to give a one star for rating. One star is not worth it. We went to a show at the Grand Arena last night. After we got seated round about 6:15pm, we waited 10min for a waiter to take our drinks order. After another 14min we received our drinks. Nothing special - only cokes. We placed our order the minute we received our drinks. At 7:35pm still no food and just excuses that the kitchen was busy. Restaurant was not busy at all. To make a long story short - we did not eat and had to leave to be in time for the show. When we got to the till point to pay for the cokes - the waitress had the cheek to ask if we are ONLY going to pay for the cokes. Yes of course we said, we did NOT receive any food whatsoever. Was she expecting that we pay for food that was not even served? It was the worse service ever. Worse is an understatement . I will not set foot in Hussar Grill Grandwest ever again. All my friends and family will hear about the very very bad service. Shame on them.
