Bad experience

Ordered a chateaubriand - NOT GOOD! The béarnaise sauce tasted bland and as if it was made with flour and the meat looked like a cooked tyre (to quote the manager who came to assist). Sent the meal back and ordered a fillet (medium).

When the fillet arrived it was cooked on the outside and literally raw (cold) on the inside. Cut out the raw insides (as big as R 5-00 medallions) and left it on the side of the plate while only eating the cooked outside edge.

Not a good experience!

The waitress was lovely and the manager tried to rescue the situation but Oh vey! We will not go back there.... EVER.
