Bad eating out experience

Before the lockdown Hussar Grill Silverstar was the best restaurant in the West Rand. Yesterday they were the worst. My medium steak was well done, dry and tasteless. My wife's boneless chicken was NOT boneless and tasteless. It appeared as if the meals were pre-cooked and just warmed up again. To make it worst, when called, the manager said he was very busy (with only 3 couples in the restaurant and only showed up when the bill was paid) and that he had similar complaints earlier in the week. It is clear that nothing was done to rectify it. What a disgrace Hussar Grill. You won't see me again.
