Terrible website...stay away!!

Terrible website, stay away! Messages to other members on their website is NON EXISTENT. After weeks of phoning and emails, no one has came back to us, oh , and after a payment was done for the premium membership, it is not even showing on my profile.....so money wasted!!! and no one ever available to help!! Pathetic service to say the least
