Unpleasant experience

My husband loves ribs and we couldn't wait for this place to open. We eventually went there Saturday afternoon and what a huge disappointment it was. Service was very slow yet the place wasn't busy at all. Waited almost an hour for a beer because the bar lady went to buy ice. Food also took like 90 minutes to arrive yet we were only 2 people and ordered ribs and chips and prawn hake and chips. The ribs tasted awful like it was boiled and just tomato sauce poured over it yet we asked for peri peri ribs. I think we will stick to Spur in the future and not even try the buffet as we wanted to.
