Terrible service and food not even close to good..!

Meadowdale branch - terrible service, and no explanation from the manager on duty.

We sat down for a meal with the family, my daughter wants to order Fish fingers and chips from the kiddies meal only to be told she's too big to order from the kiddies meal. The waitress confirmed with the manager, WITHOUT asking how old my daughter is.

Today i get a phone call from the branch asking about my complaint, only to be told the kiddies menu is only for 12 and under. Well, guess what - they never asked or told us about the age, and guess what- my daughter is 12....!!!

Regardless, we had our meals, i must say my "CRISPY" Shroom burger was falling apart from the sauce and nothing crispy at all. The "famous" ribs that everyone cheers about was pathetically thin and hardly any meat on the bones, and no basting sauce to speak of. I was really disappointed...!

Needless to say i will NEVER go back there again. Boksburg is definitely a better branch, drive further and go there....!
