Terrible service

I was very disappointed with house of ribs after we went there a week ago to celebrate my brither in law's birthday. Firstly my sister went long before to make a booking since we were alot of people. She booked a table close to the playground as we had alot of young kids also coming and that way we could keep an eye on them without leaving our table.but when we got there , other people were sitting at our booked table and we got seated in a stuffy corner far away from the play area . This meant that the parents had to leave the table and ended up staying outside the whole time. My grandmother of almost 90 also joined us. As she walked into the building there was a bump on the floor covered by carpet with no sign saying mind your step.my poor grandmother tripped and fell flat on her face. (This caused the lady holding the big birthday cake to drop the cake and help gran,so the cake was ruined). My gran also struggling going to the bathroom and going to dish food since the unwanted table they gave us were up a few starlirs, and gran eas scared of falling again!! There was a aircon but it was off and all the guests complained about the dark stuffy hot table we got. Then the waiter came, and things only got worse. We waited about 25 minutes to get our drinks...only some people got their drinks and we had the waiter confusing the drinks up and my husband ( who is not allowed to drink at all) ended up drinking halg a spiked drink before the waiter came to tell him that he is drinking the wrong drink.the stairs had a railing and at the yop there is a piece of metal sticking out.my sister cut her side badly on it and had to leave because it was bleeding through her top, and my 2 year ald also got hurt on the stairs biting trough her lip ( all of this could have been avoided if we got the table we asked for) Not one of the guests we had will ever eat there again.the service is terrible.
