Staff and senior management extremely rude at the house of ribs in Festival mall

Staff extremely rude at the house of ribs in Festival Mall in Johannesburg. After talking to the senior manager of the house of ribs of my complaint about a staff member that is rude and laugh at you in your face because they no they are untouchable the senior manager turns around and confirms that he can not do anything to the staff member and wil not confront her. He said he wil try and tell the owner about the problem but he as senior management cant fix a simple problem or evan speak to the staff member he didnt evan ask who the staff member was. I will never support them again.
