Rude waitress and Manger

I went with my family to have a buffy witch was paid for and got the poorest service yet I have received from a restaurant manger makes empty promise saying he is going to call me and have it resolved and it’s been a week now with no feedback from them mangers name Hennie

Waitress name that was busy shouting at me from outside when I went to smoke outside and she could clearly see I’m smokeing I got told to go back inside the restraint that I can’t go outside after I asked the waitress why she is shouting at me she couldn’t answer me and told me to pay and leave when I only had 1 plate of food but I paid for a buffy I didn’t get any desert or salads because of her they are very rude and unprofessional Nokthula waitress
