Rude manager

I called The House of Ribs this afternoon 25/12/2019, at 12:05pm to book a table for six for my family, to have Christmas lunch. I spoke to a lady, and she gave a reservation time of 13:00. She promised that the table will be kept for me. At 13:00 pm I called The House of Ribs to confirm that I will be arriving shortly and again confirmed whether the table will be kept for me, they said yes... I drove from Benoni to Boksburg only to be told upon arrival that there is no table for me. I had my family there! And when I explained that there must be some type of misunderstanding, the manager Nadine was arrogant and simply said "we have given your table to someone else there's nothing I can do". She was not interested in finding the lady who I spoke to, to resolve the issue, she was rude, cold and inconsiderate. Courtesy and service are highly valued, and this manager has no sense of that. I pitty the staff that work for her, because if I as a customer felt mistreated and undermined I cannot imagine how she treats everyone else.
