Rotten ribs

I took my family to house of ribs in kempton park on 7 Thursday for supper there as the have a buffet and when we were eating my brother immediately discovered that the ribs were off and called when waiter and told him and he took the plate and went away with it. After 45 minutes with no communication we called the waiter and ask him what is happening and he just told us they are no longer selling the ribs to the customers and with a bad attitude left us hanging then we asked for the bill we paid and asked the waiter if we were not suppose to get desert he told us we were supposed to ask for them even if they are included and he left us hanging. We then called the manager he told us he will sort the waiter out. We ask if it's OK for us to pay for something that we did not even finished eating be caused of of it not been ok. He left us went away without saying anything we ended up leaving the place with broken hearts we stayed for 1hour instead of 2 hours as per buffet
