Poor service complaint!!!

Where to even start. I booked a table a MONTH in advance for a 30th bday party on a specific place for a specific reason!. Just to be told that the people on that spot doesn't want to move?? Where have you ever heard of that?. Crammed into a small space with 20 people (very upset people). Giving a alcoholic drink to a person that STRICTLY doesn't drink alcohol, taking way to long with orders. Unsafe environment as a 86 year old lady falling on the entrance and no body even trying to assist or ask if she was ok, just to state in a reply email that there is no step??. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Wish I read all these comments first before booking there. None of our friends or family will EVER step foot in this place. We will rather go to Little Neros right next door.Even tried to complain in a email to them JUST to hear that basically why didn't I complain on the said night? Duh !! Trying to make good memories and trying to keep everybody happy is priority!!!Booked a table at the play ground to ensure the parents doesn't need to leave the party to check on children, (got the wrong table) just to hear a reply that they believe that the parents would have gotten up anyway doesn't matter where our seats was!!!. I'm furious . This is unprofessional, unapologetic, unsafe and very cheeky.Everyone please think carefully before choosing this place.
