MANAGERS

I walked into House of Ribs on Sunday Morning (29 NOV), booked a table for 29 NOV 19:00 for 7 people WITH THE MANAGER, she confirmed that all is in order and that she will see us at 19:00.<br> <br> Took my whole family there at 18:30 there, and walked into a CLOSED restaurant, knocked on the door to hear whats going on, just to hear that they close at 18:00.....!!!???????<br> <br> Now I ask, if you are a MANAGER at a restaurant, aren't you supposed to know what time you close...so that YOU DON'T MAKE A BOOKING AFTER CLOSING TIME!!!???????????????? <br> <br> I am not a happy customer at all!
