House of ribs = bad experience

<p>Our group of 9 was at house of ribs at festival mall. We had the worst experience. the food was so bad seconds was not worth it. the chicken was dry and so was the beef roast. the ribs had no meat just cartilage. the salads were tasteless. When we complained, the manager said that the buffet is meant for a standard experience. the manager's name is Johan. He dismissed our complaint. Our waiter Dwayne was excellent though.</p>
