Horrible food, atmosphere and service

Decided to order the buffet from this restaurant that claims to provide the best food in town but received appalling food, atmosphere and service from this restaurant. The food was tasteless and cold, the atmosphere was deafening and uninviting, the staffed untrained and not helpful at all. When approaching the manager for an explanation we were ignored as consumers no one seems to be complaining regarding this restaurants pathetic attempt at a buffet.
