Disgusting Food

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and went to House of Ribs for supper on the 1st of November. My husband, myself and one daughter ordered carvery. My youngest daughter ordered pizza. The meat was like leather it was so tough. It tasted like it had been cooked, frozen and reheated again. Vegetables were terrible. The cherry on the cake was the carrot salad was absolutely disgusting. My daughter's pizza eventually came everything that was on top you could see was not fresh. She had one slice and left the rest. Everything was not fresh. It was terrible. We left very hungry and had to pay a bill for food that was not edible. I phoned them this morning as we were all I'll from the food last night. I spoke to a manager by the name of Rory. I explained the whole situation. He told me he will investigate the matter and 'try to get back to me today or tomorrow' what kind of response is that. I really don't want any free meals or anything. I will not go back there again. What concerns me is people pay so much money to go out these days. I would hate to see someone have to go through what we have. Food was disgusting and the managers response and how he handled the situation says it all.
