Bad Services

This Saturday i went to The House Of Ribs in Festival Mall with my partner the services was very poor.The waiter just found us a table took the drinks order and gave us a slip for the buffet and that was it. She didnt check up on us as she is suppose to we wanted to order other things but couldnt because she wasnt even looking our way. When we were done i asked for the bill but we waited for 30minutes for her to come to us without the bill she just told me the amount we owe and said i must paythat amount . I have been going to this restaurant for years in east-rand mall and i have never been treated like this. I dont know if it cause we are ******* couple or what but the services was very poor and im just disappointed because my family loves this restaurant.
