bad experience

on the 24th of December me and my family went to Kempton park House of ribs based in Festival mall to celebrate my daughters birthday with some lunch, the waitress we got was slow , got orders wrong and even over billed us on our bill . i will not set foot to house of ribs their standard has dropped badly . i could not even get a baby chair for my son to sit on , i was told they only have one whereas its a family restaurant
