Bad experience

We were surprised yesterday when we went with a friend to breakfast at your Kempton Park branch.

Our meal wasn't bad but the toast was ice cold and our friend spoke to waiter and manager regarding the bacon on her plate being as hard as a rock. Surely something should've been done by the manager??

If you want happy clients - make sure that your staff listen to clients at all times... Your store (staff and management) can learn a lot on how to deal with clients from Wimpy at Lakeside Mall (Benoni).
