Best hotel

Where do I start so my boss stayed at The Houghton hotel a few days ago.

He just loved the hotel it was like a haven away from the City. The food was just superb. He said that the rooms was so luxurious and even cozy felt like he was at home even tho he was there on a business trip. During the Covid time he was so impressed on how clean everything is. He is pretty sure that housekeeping spend hours on just making it safe for the guest. Reception staff was so friendly. However on big problem that he encountered was that room service was a little bit too slow and the food came warm not hot to his room. Don’t get me wrong the food was superb like I mentioned before.

When he reported it to the front office manager. He said her name was something Ponie he can’t remember but he knows it started with a P. When he brought this up to her attention she was just so rude it was like she was more concerned on personal problems then to deal with his concerns. He never encountered someone so rude in a hotel. She gave him a look that made him feel so unwelcome.

Not sure how someone like that can work at a five star hotel.

He enjoyed his stay so much but ended it in such unwelcomeness and disappointment.

I would please like to bring this to the General Manager’s attention please.
