Tips being withheld by management and not given to us

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding a recurring issue I have encountered as an employee at The Venue Houghton. As a dedicated waiter at the establishment, I have noticed that our hard-earned tips are not being distributed to us promptly or never at all, there is tips from August 2023 still oustanding especially in instances where we handle cash bars. This has created a significant source of frustration and dissatisfaction among the staff, myself included. I understand the importance of effective communication, and I have tried addressing this matter with the management at The Venue Houghton. Unfortunately, my efforts have not yielded any tangible results, and the issue persists. I believe in the value of fair compensation for the hard work and dedication put into providing excellent service to our patrons. The delay and lack of transparency in tip distribution not only affect our morale but also create an environment of mistrust.
