Bouncer mistreated customer

I arrived at Hops Ballito at around 10:30 pm on the 11 April 2015 with my boyfriend. The bar was calling last rounds as we entered the bar. My boyfriend went to go draw money at the atm and was rudley told by the bouncer that there is no money in the machine and that he should go home. I believe that is absolutely no way to treat a local customer. My boyfriend then went to the manager to try make another alternative to draw out money from his account- cash back. The manager could not assist him so we decided to leave. The bouncer then started causing more issues with my boyfriend by blaming my boyfriend for swearing at him- which he did not do as I was right next to him. I am absolutely disgusted at the way we were treated last night at Hops Ballito. We are local paying customers that spend lots of money every week. If there is no money in the atm, that's understandable, but to be mistreated and be accused of swearing a bouncer is not on. Bouncers are suppose to protect customers not fight and mistreat with them!
