Wrong Product

On the 18th September 2020 I purchase a pair of sneakers Nike Sacai Grey and Black size 7 (40 UK size) for R1600 + R100 Delivery The Hood Store Cape Town they delivered my sneakers on the 26th September 2020. I was out of town so I couldn’t collect them from Postnet. On the 1st October 2020 I went to Postnet to collect my sneakers when I got home to check them out i find out they gave me a wrong colour and size. Colour they gave me is Black and White instead of Black and Grey and the size is 7.5 instead of size 7. I email the guy and who’s name is Sandile Khumali no one responded. I then send a Whatsapp text on the given contact number a guy respond saying they will call me today so I’m still waiting. I don’t want any exchange or whatsoever I just want my refund back of R1700.00. These people are ********, the sneakers are way too different from the picture they look **** I don’t want them anymore I just want my money back ASAP....I’m so disappointed really
