I purchased a pair of sneakers for my daughter on the 16 March 2020. After numerous phone calls, emails, whatsapp’s and dm’s everything goes unanswered. Got an automated email to say delivery will be the 1 June 2020 have since received nothing. I traced their cell number to a company called The Fashion Plug Mzansi. It looks like they also ****med people the same way. They just changed their name. They have since took their website down and set their Instagram account on private since alot people have paid them and have started asking where their goods are. How do I go about stopping these ***********. They are just likely going to open up again under another name.
