Terrible service from The Home Team Services

Terrible service received from The Home Team. From the 16th of April I have received no feedback from this company regarding the terrible installation of a light fixture that failed causing additional damage to my property. I was promised a repair of the damages as well as a refund for the total of R999.00 I spent to replace the original light fitting. I have tried to contact them directly but have been actively ignored with no resposes to my email or phonecalls.
