Order for perfumes - not received and no trace f company

I ordered perfumes on the 5th of January 2023 and today. Correspondence was made confirming my order,then its almost more than 3 weeks. When I follow up with the company I am heating a brickwall. The account is no longer active and the is no contact number. When I send the email back to them it bounce back,it said that we invest so much to support the businesses and this is the kind of **** we have to deal with.

I tried to log into the website, which is null and I saw one gentleman also wrote on Facebook, I guess he is having the same issue I have. What kind of society do we live in if we are ****** our hard earned money.
