What a way to celebrate my birthday

Made a booking for 6 one a child. Firstly table was not ready had to wait (felt like an idiot) Got our table and eventually got the waiters attention ordered and then waited again. Got our drinks then my other two guiests arrived and they ordered and waited for a glass which I thought they were making.. Food was ordered and my son asked for coffee. Well he could have gone home to make and come back again and he will still be waiting. I then approached the manager who asked how can he make it right. I said you cannot change the service but could he see that my son gets coffee. Then things seemed to come together. The food was delicious. Then ordered pudding. Our Dom Pedros were warm so I took it back again the manager asked how he could help I said I wanted it cold. Then informed us the ice cream maker was not working probably, my grandchild had icecream and hot choc which was really melted away and did not look nice. They did not charge for the Dom Pedros and her icecream - it was just that I had to complain all the time and my special day was spoilt and embaressing.
