Holiday Factory ********* and dishonest

Please all beware of this company. I booked and paid a deposit which included partial land arrangements and flight tickets for a holiday in Zanzibar for my wife and my 30th Anniversary. I have been equiring on the status of the holiday and was furnished with a letter stating that the the Airline, Mango, would not be flying to Zanzibar by the time I have to depart. I then requested a refund of the monies paid. Firstly i received a blanket no. Then I received an email with flight vouchers to the amount of the flight costs and they paid me half of the land arrangements back and requested that I claim the other half from the travel insurance i had taken out. I have told them that this is not right and its noth ethical to claim from insurance what is rightly due to me from them. They then threw a signed terms and conditions letter at me and I have told them that I did not cancel. They cant fulfill their obligation therefore I am due the money. I also told them that I don't want vouchers from the airline as its not my airline of choice and that I want a cash refund. This they said I had to take up with the airline and it wasn't their problem and gave me a reference no to quote. Is this the ethical company you want to entrust your hard earned money to? Happy to take their commission on the tickets, no voucher for them,...... Tell you to claim from insurance money that they keep and is due to you...... Sis on you holiday factory !!!!!!
