Yearly levy exceeds the yearly holiday that you are entitled to.

The yearly levy that I pay is nearly R5000 (and keeps going up). I get 9 points per year which qualifies my family of 4 to a 2 night weekend away locally during winter and during school. I have tried to sell my points privately to no avail and "The Holiday Club" is not interested in any way as long as they receive their yearly levy. "The Holiday Club" says they will black list me if I don't make payment, even if I don't want the points anymore.

Good day Lidia

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns.

Should your circumstances change and you wish to dispose of your Points, we can provide you with the contact details of a reputable Resale Company. Alternatively, you can sell your Points privately should you wish to do so. Our Transfers department will facilitate the transfer process.

You may also cancel your membership at any time. However, this should be considered as a last resort as you will not get anything in return for your Points.

We trust the above clarifies the matter. Our Consultant will contact you shortly to discuss the matter further.

Warm Regards

The Holiday Club

Sorry, I missed your call. I was busy driving. I have previously been given Touch Down Points (011) ********** incase that's the number you are planning to give me. They weren't really interested in assisting me and advised me that I would probably be better off selling my points privately. From previous complaints that I have heard on Hello Peter, "The Holiday Club" makes it sound like its possible to sell the points in time, but its not that easy and simple.
