What is going on????

I am a bit confused.

Earlier today, I posted a review on Hellopeter about the holiday club, and shortly after, my partner received a call from them. They asked him to request that I remove my review. Then Hellopeter removed my review saying I breached their content guidelines?

I don't really understand because I was completely honest in my review, even naming some individuals I had unfortunate interactions with. What shocks me is that the holiday club had the nerve to contact my partner and falsely claim they would issue a refund in 21 days if I took down my review. Why didn’t they reach out to me directly?

Additionally, Hellopeter is not helping my case. I did not violate any guidelines that would warrant the removal of my review. I shared a genuine and factual account of my experience with The Holiday Club. Mentioning the names of the people I interacted with was to highlight the reality of my situation. I did not fabricate anything regarding my dealings with them. In fact, I have a comprehensive list of individuals I have contacted about my cancellation, as I’ve been transferred through various departments without any resolution.

Regardless, I still wish to proceed with cancelling my membership with the holiday club. I hope they respond to me appropriately and with diligence.
