Unreasonable Cancellation fees....
I am trying to cancel my Points which I bought many, many years ago, because you can never get a reservation where you want. The points cost me a lot of money when I bought it long time ago. Now I cannot get rid of them as The Holiday Club has such a bad name, nobody wants to buy it. To cancel the points I have to pay a "REASONABLE" cancellation fee.. Guess again.. The cancellation fee is very close to what I paid for the Points in the first place... I have to pay the full reservation fee for next year.. 2019 as well as a cancellation fee of R4800... I doubt it if that is reasonable...These guys are not the type of people I want to do business with.. DON'T BUY THE HOLIDAY CLUB'S POINTS...You are stuck with it for life...and you will not get a reservation where you want, guaranteed....
