Unfair
I am so disappointed in them. This is unfair. We booked a long time ago and could not know what the the situation will be today. I am not willing to drive with my family at this stage. It is not save taking the riots and looting in consideration. Leisure travel throught Gauting is not allowed. Dispite this they don't want to move dates or refund points. What happend to 'treating customers fairly'?
