Trying to cancel The Holiday Club membership

I am trying to cancel my Holiday club points since 8 Feb 2017. This side that side. Phone here and then there. At a stage I was advice to go speak to Cape escape that will assist me in selling the points. After paying admin fees the process started. At a stage I got so frustrated and made the selling price R1.00 . Then the chock came. I was informed that nobody wants to buy because in Augst 2017 it is the anniversary date. So now nobody wants to buy. Then on 23 Oct 2017 started mailing The Holiday Club self again. Till today no answer or feedback. I then phoned Margret Francis on 039 68 5000 today. Not at office.
