The Holiday club - shocking!!!!!

This timeshare is really not worth the money spent on it. I have had my membership for years, very little availability at "good" resorts and what is left is questionable from a value for money perspective. My last trip, I could not even get to the resort the roads where so bad (gravel and boulders + no cell phone signal on route) and would need a 4x4 to access (which we didn't ). The worst was the response to my complaint thereafter, not interested at all. Despite being stranded and having to find alternate accommodation, their only response was did you call the resort to cancel based on not being able to get there. Pathetic, dont waste your money!
