The Holiday Club pay a fortune for nil benefits

We purchased a timeshare for the purpose of traveling aboard. When sold we were not explained the difference between rental points and purchased points. We only found this out when we tried to do a booking a year later. we then received an invoice for R15K for membership fees. Our contract stated that it was 600 rand with no escalation. along with this THC decided to add insurance that we never asked for. When contacting the call centre to book in Mozambique we were told it had to be cash. When we were referred to international bookings we were told to leave a message, three day later, and we are still waiting for the call. When I asked to speak to the MD I was transferred to a secretary that promptly told me to send a mail. I am assume the MD never even saw or heard of the compliant because the quality of the response left much to be desired. During all of this I was cut off twice and held on for some 30 minutes.
