The Holiday Club - Investage

<p>The consultant at Investage (The Holiday Club) in Umhlanga misrepresented the product and outright **** to us just to sell the product to us. After signing the purchase documentation and paying R30 000 towards a share in The Holiday Club, we realised that we had been **** to and requested a refund. Due to the fact that we did not approach them within the 5 day cooling off period and because they had our signatures on the documents, The Holiday Club rejected our request for a refund based on misrepresentation. I made the application in December 2016, and after appealing their decision in January 2017, have only just received final feedback that the decsion is final. I would like to warn the public against investing in The Holiday Club, as the consultants will say anything to sell the product and their after sales service is shocking. Furthermore, the costs far outweigh the benefits. Thank you.</p>
