Bookings & Reservations, each Resort expertly run by very Professional Managers, Administration truly up to their preparation mark as a very well 'oiled & update' with their Resorts Plans & Future Plans for improvements all around. I've had the experience of their functions. Interacting with their Assist Dept. with Louise De Koker, Well represented as one of their major Consultant in the field. Assisting with some of their most difficult and complex questions concerning various personal questions. Full marks Ms.De Koker, your handling was very satisfactory and your swift follow-ups resulted in me being well impressed as a Senior Citizen and long-standing Client. I was equally impressed with Ms Laura Schlesbusch of the collect/pay dept. Again to both Manages of the above departments, you have Trained your Teams well to be able to handle some difficult problems & questions from ' very hard of hearing ' elderly clients and swift follow-ups to somewhat suggestions that might be suitable.
