The Holiday Club
I have enjoyed many wonderful holidays in The Holiday Club accommodation. The Chalets are always clean, tidy and well maintained. Also, the Chalets are equipped with practically everything that one would need during their stay.
If one has a problem with the Chalet or Booking, the staff, at The Holiday Club offices or Resort, are quick to try to sort it out.
I had a Booking problem with my last stay, and the Customer Service Agent at THC was able to sort it out to my satisfaction and kept me updated with the progress, throughout.
