The Holiday Club

We have an booking in Swakopmunt Namibia from 18th June. Windhoek been close for covid 19 from the 16th June, (and I do have proof). Nobody can go in or out Windhoek, so our sad story is we couldn't go. The Holiday Club don't want gave our points back, every excuse in the book they use, that we was able to go, the lockdown was not for tourists and Windhoek lockdown was not valid!! This is unbelievable, and so sad , Lekkerslaap, Traverstart suspend our tickets for an year, Thrifty car rental pay us back every sent, but only The Holiday Club is totally unreasonable!!
