The Holiday Clu

I have had my points for many many years. I can never get a resort of my choice at a time that suits me. The annual fees are now equivalent to a holiday all expenses paid overseas. I loose point regularly. It appears the points are oversold and then there is note ought accommodation to go around. I fear these points cannot be sold and that if you cancel because of the exorbitant annual fees you lose what you paid for points. I am super frustrated and annoyed. Any ideas for me. This was viewed on Carte Blache a few years ago. Maybe it's time for it again. Also I see other similar reviews. Carol.
