The falcon glen hot spring resort not accepting visitors at all in level 5lockdown
The falcon glen hot spring resort not accepting visitors at all in level 5lockdown. My brother had to drive 400 Kms away to see us at the resorts and was not accepted to enter by the lady Heila with an attitude. I have asked for him to enter our room for at least an hour then leave but kept on saying Covid19. No network since last week due to storm. Only getting it from reception.

We have strict Covid protocols in place at our resorts, to ensure our guests safety and protection and to reduce the risk of Covid 19.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however, the decision was made in the best interest of both our staff and guests visiting the resort alike.
We do advise our guests on their Reservation Confirmation letter that we are currently not allowing day visitors.
We have tried contacting you telephonically but you were unavailable, so we left you a voice note as well as emailed you further correspondence.
