TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES

I would just like to take the time to express my opinion. We are so focused on the negative that we lose our perspective of the positive.

If you falter and am disappointed because you did not get what you wanted, don’t see the negative but re-evaluate what YOU could have done better to change the outcome.

If you didn’t get the booking you wanted, learn to manage your time and try again. If you don’t have enough points for an “in season” break, learn to BANK your points to enjoy that unforgettable holiday.

If you don’t know how, don’t try and re-invent the wheel, there is always someone to ASK who will be willing to help.

It is true you don’t always get what you wanted BUT today I just want to say, THANK YOU “Holiday Club” for stunning resorts and facilities that we enjoy.

On the Parento Analysis principle, the positive ALWAYS far outweighs the negative.
