STILL NO REFUND!!!

In June I was caught by the promise of a guaranteed prize if you listen to an hour's presentation on the holiday club, after hearing the talk it sounded like a great deal but after reading the contract what was told to us during the talk and what was in the contract was 2 different thing, i immediately canceled the SAME DAY and was told that my account would not be debited, a few days later they ********ly debited my account for R5200, the cancellation letter and the owners folder was returned to realtime marketing on 23/06/2015, I have still not received my refund and this needs to be refunded immediately or else i will be taking legal action. my refund should have been done after 15 days of cancelling within my 5 day cooling off period. please see to this matter urgently. I am fed up with Realtime Marketing now!
