I have queried certain area that I want to book that is never available, always fully booked. I left what app message on the Holiday club group profile. I've received a call from the agents who will keep me on waiting list once bookings will be released and available. Nowadays it is very seldom or unlikely that people call you back and advise you when releases comes through and will do the searching from their side to help you find the resorts once released.
