Refuse to accept cancellation

On 1 April 2016 I sent THC an email (work order) from their website notifying them, that since I no longer work, I can't keep up with the monthly levies (R653.17 currently) of which I bought 18 points in excess of R30K during 2009. I received a telephone call from a consultant on 7 April 2016 who introduced herself as \Princess\". I confirmed that I will cancel the contract and that no levies are to be deducted via debit order from my banking account. I was then told that I must try and sell the points first. I told her that I tried but nobody was interested. I offered her the points for free, but even she was not interested! She then told me that she must forward my cancellation to the Board of Trustees. Feedback can be expected within 6 to 8 weeks! She then asked me whether I was aware that the contract period is for 20 years and that I will be in breach of contract should I cancel prematurely. She also informed me that my booking made for June will be cancelled! Levies are paid in advance. I already paid for my flight ticket and have 21 points left for 2016 which I plan to make use of since I did not use my 18 points in 2015. Most venues require more than 18 pts"
