Refund problem
I app**** for a holiday products in October 2022 and first joining fee installment was deducted in November.The second joining fee was deducted in December.But my leavy was never deducted.When ask the agent he told me that I dont meet the affordability. So asked for the joining fee instalments refund but no one answers me.Please help
