Poo/unprofessional/non-existent service

Sent a request for a reservation on 13/9. Received a blunt email, stating there the request cannot be serviced due to non-availability of the days' requested. No effort was made to contact the client to offer alternate dates & even after responding to a survey to assess the level of service provided, there has still been no response - this is not the first instance of POOR/UNPROFESSIONAL service provided by The Holiday Club - this type of service appears to be their norm !!!!!!
