Poor customer service to a first-time possible client.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of the mini-holiday voucher. Despite paying the booking fee, the promised service was not delivered. I called them over 10 times without any response—an unacceptable level of customer service. The lack of clear communication and support has left me frustrated and misled.
