Only selected resorts available

<p>I have holiday club points. My children are in school so we book our vacations in December. Previously when I phoned I managed to get accommodation in the garden route. However lately all feedback I get is that resorts have not been released. This is pathetic. How is it possible that all resorts in your book are not released except the three (Placid waters, Casteleton and Fermosa Bay)? I have been phoning since February 2016 for dates in the garden route. All feedback I get is that dates must still be released. I know - you book out your resorts first before you place bookings in the other resorts you advertise in your books. This way you don’t have to pay a portion of the levies over to other resorts. Is this how you protect your interest? By ensuring money stay in your resorts of choice. You are quick to collect levies one year in advance. However to arrange accommodation is another sad story.</p>
