On Monday 22 September I called Reservations number of The Holiday Club to reserve units at Placid Waters in Sedgefield and Formosa Bay in Plettenberg bay. My call was answered by a lady named Karen Engelbrecht. First time speaking to this polite and friendly lady. I was looking for an unit on the ground floor as I am on crutches. She went out of her way to secure said units. So helpful and the best experience in years. Always got good service from the Holiday Club but this was excellent and must compliment the Club and their staff for their polite, friendly and excellent service. So good to belong to an entity like the Holiday Club that treats its members with respect and love. May the blessings of God be their portion. Thanking you. Dolf de Goede
